FOOD: food constitutes any substance that provides the nutritional needs of the body.
It’s important to note that the quest for food is just beyond the function of routine but to meet certain nutritional needs of the body systems for adequate functional, enhance the need are not met, malfunction may result, cause serious problem for the body. For instance, protein which replaces worn out tissues through several mechanisms, when missing in our meals over a long time may result to kwashiorkor.
But its worthy of note, that taking certain foods too much, a good as they may seem can also poss serious consequences. For instance, excessive protein may cause obesity; cholesterol is needed by the skin in making vitamin D by the help of the sun, yet it clung up the diameter of blood vessels. Hence, there remains a need for balance, the balance diet.

For instance, strong bones. Liver
Detoxification, good eyes, sexually fertility.
And whole lot other body functions need only certain nutrient to stay correct.
It’s a fact in our quest to eat rich food; we rather eat food detrimental to our health. Today confectioneries are now become the main stay of people, a junks are love and preferred to wholesome food.
For most people, especially the unlearned, the luxurious life is this junk faithful, or which junk does not satisfy certain needs of the balance diet especially their fiber contain, which check constipation.

EXERCISE: Exercise describes deliberately body activities; aim at enhancing flexibility of the body parts.
  Though we may engage in daily activities but it is only not enough for the required body flexibility as certain part of the body are never exercised by such daily chores.

  Exercise even relaxes the mind for proper function. Exercising our body muscles improve their activity rate, making them equipped for our day to day chores. Excess energy is reduced from the body in form of burning fats, thus reducing the risk of certain nutrition-related diseases.
  Since body activity increase the rate of metabolism cycle is also increase, thus waste are quickly gotten rid of the body, keeping the body continually renewed.
   Lack of exercise is the major cause of joint problem in old age.
The whole lot of goodness is of the good exercise habit. Two men of same ages will have the exercise faithful better fit.
Simple routine exercise would do, ranging from sitting-up to pushup or even jogging around, but swimming is the best exercise.

REST
Nature it’s by the fashion of god has advised us to rest by creating the right time. Sadly only a few actually understand the place of rest.
Rest is a relaxation state, where little or no work is done. Here the body system goes almost mute in

     It is very important that we rest between tasks, it enhances higher productivity.
    Resting the body avoids unnecessary breakdown which may result from over stress.

        Children need a considerate length of sleep time at night, at least 8 hours with siesta during the day, while an adult 6 hours is okay, siesta would do.

PERSONAL HYGIENE:
